Diamond Design, Designer— 2014 to Present

I work extensively designing and laying out the various product catalogues for Revolution Dancewear, one of the world’s leading dancewear manufacturers, and assist with other projects for a variety of clients. Includes intermediate Photoshop and InDesign work. 

No Reply Co, Owner — 2012 to Present

I manage design projects through No Reply Design, a student-lead design collective. These projects include everything from graphic design and audio production to crowd-funding and business management.

The Hosford-Abernethy Neighborhood Association, Board Member — 2013 to 2014

I served as a board member on H. A. N. D., my local neighborhood association board. Through the group, I helped serve as a conduit between the city council, the police department, and the neighborhood, and worked especially in including local schools in neighborhood improvement projects. 

The Center for Intercultural Organizing, Intern — 2012

As an intern for the C. I. O. I helped to organize community events, voter outreach, and voter registration drives in the Killingsworth neighborhood of Portland; in addition, I helped to research and draft a reciprocal licensing bill that was presented to the Oregon Legislature.

I am currently studying Government and the Comparative Study of Religion at Harvard College; my academic interests have also led me to study History, Literature, The Ancient Near East, and Philosophy. 

Portland State University, Portland OR — 2012 to 2013

During my time in high school, I took several courses in Ancient History and Political Science at Portland State University.

Cleveland High School, Portland OR — 2014

I am a proud graduate of Cleveland High School, Hosford Middle School, and Abernathy Elementary School, all my neighborhood public schools. I served as the student representative on Cleveland’s Site Council, the schools governing body, for two years, and graduated with a 4.0 grade point average. 


Speech and Communication

I participated in competitive speech and debate every year through high school, ending as the top ranked expository and editorial commentary speaker in the National Speech and Debate Association. In addition, I was the O. S. A. A. Oregon State champion in Expository Speaking and Radio Commentary in my sophomore and junior years, and competed at the national tournament in Lincoln Douglas Debate. 


I have done extensive design work and letters of recommendation are available upon request.


I have run eight successful crowdfunding campaigns to finance various projects and products. These campaigns require design, marketing, customer outreach and managerial work.
